For a month each spring, The Living Desert gets taken over by thousands of glowing sculptures. It’s an event called Wild Glow and believe it or not, it changes every year. Each sculpture is made of what appears to be a welded wire mesh with a sort of translucent fabric stretched over it. A shocking number of them are animatronic and some of them are even interactive. It’s hard to capture these even in video much less photos… but here are a few of my favorites anyway. Enjoy!
